Catfisher is a multi-disciplinary creative lead with broad experience in user experience, visual design as well as product management. He started his career as an interaction designer, grew up with multiple UX/creative leader roles over a decade experience in  Amazon, Tencent and Qihoo and fluent in the full design stack, ranging from communication design to information architecture. Catfisher advocate for users center design and think visuals/wireframes are equally powerful for experience. Catfisher is currently Sr. Production Manager in amazon China, leading a team of PMs and Researchers to roll out design products where he plans to broaden his knowledge to product/program management, and this role yearned him to understand the  gaps between the product, business and design disciplines that are evident within the industry. In 2017, he was the UX director of QIhoo, oversaw the innovation product design strategy and experience. Prior to that,  he was creative director and managed a team of designers at Amazon Creative Services in China for almost 3 years. Earlier stage, He spent 6 years in Tencent as design lead to expand his skill from web design to mobile apps.
